Your response was generic
And didn’t address the issue
It was completely, superficial.

I was sitting here whinging
About your sales technique
And how the website
Wouldn’t let me leave.
So I sent some feedback
A chance to make things better
And all I got was this stupid letter.
All about the password
And how to reset it
