25: Energy

Everything is energy that is all we are;
a magnetic field of vibrating consciousness.
As an idea, it’s quite bizarre!

Here I sit comfortably, relaxing in my chair.
I can see myself, I know I’m here;
but of more I am aware.

I am listening to music, reminiscent of the sea.
The melody flows, like shimmering waves
and the strings vibrate, along with me.

I feel this music resonate, in each and every cell.
I am vibrating, I can feel it.
My heart knows this feeling well.

For this is life, this oscillation;
just a pulse at quantum level.
Feeling is all there is. I am pure vibration.
