88: A Reminder

It’s not my time
To leave this plane.
You gave me a scare
But I won’t complain.

I’m here for the long haul

Not bowing out now
Life’s just got exciting
But Holy Freaking Cow!

When you came out of the dark
Like the angel of death
You made me wonder
About life and the rest.

I thought about dying

And what a waste that would be
So many things still to do
And places to see.

Just started a new job
in a place that I love
Writing is great
I can’t get enough.

Social life is awesome

So many opportunities there
To pursue my dreams
And go who knows where.

No I’m not looking 
My card isn’t marked.
It’s not time to leave
I’ve only just started!
